SANTA!

We had our ward party on Saturday and Santa was kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule to come and visit! Aaralyn was not too sure about him and wouldn't leave my arms. She kept telling me he's "scary". We stood and watched all the kids in line sit on Santa's lap and get a goodie bag. Aaralyn saw the treats and wanted one!! I told her that if she sat on his lap she could have one too and that Santa was so nice.

She still wasn't too sure, but I set her on his lap. As soon as I put her on his lap she went for the bag. Like, "Alright I'm here now give it to me so I can go!"

"Now let me DOWN!" At least she sat on his lap and didn't cry.
It was definately worth it, she sat and ate the chocolates right away and all she talks about is SANTA! Thanks for coming Santa!

AQUARIUM DAY!

Today we went to the Virginia Beach Aquarium with our friends Kirstynn and Nora. They had some new exhibits up and the construction is all done.

Aaralyn was afraid of everything. She did not want to touch the crabs or stingrays that you can pet, and didn't want to get too close to the glass on the exhibits. As the day went on she got a little more brave. But not too much, we still had to take our picture OUTSIDE of the shark's mouth.

I caught her!! Ugh I hate that she picks her nose. I always swore my kids would never pick their noses. She gets that from her dad!

Our little BOY...yet to be named!

I am now 29 weeks pregnant with our second child and it's a BOY! We still have not decided what his name will be. Any suggestions? We are excited and hope Aaralyn won't be too jealous! ;)

Our New Blog

I have finally decided to do a BLOG! I know our family on the west coast will love it so they can see Aaralyn and be updated on what is new. Be patient with me, I am just learning how to navigate my way through the blogging world ;)
